Custom business software and CRM systems
Internal tools, CRMs and client portals for teams that have outgrown spreadsheets and off-the-shelf software.

Overview
Off-the-shelf tools are a good start, until your team spends more time working around them than with them. We map how work actually moves through your business, then build the software that fits it, with the integrations, permissions and reporting you need.

Software and CRM: common questions.
Why not just use an off-the-shelf CRM?
Often you should, and we will say so. Custom software makes sense when your process is a competitive advantage, when you are paying for many tools that do not talk to each other, or when the off-the-shelf option forces your team into workarounds.
How much does custom software cost?
It depends on the number of user roles, screens and integrations. After a discovery session we send a fixed written quote, and we will suggest a smaller first phase if that gets you value sooner.
Can you connect it to the tools we already use?
Usually, yes. Most accounting, email, calendar and messaging platforms have APIs. We confirm each integration during discovery before it goes into the quote.
Who owns the software and the data?
You do. The code, the database and the hosting accounts are in your name, and the data stays in your accounts.
Tell us what you are building.
A few lines and a rough budget is enough. We will come back with questions and a call time, then send a fixed written quote within two business days.
